PIZZA
At VIVI Tuscan Kitchen, you will find a variety of Neapolitan-style, thin-crust pizzas ranging from the famous Margherita, Diavola or Quattro Formaggi to house specialties like Fungata Toscana and Gamberi Piccante, to name a few. We select only the best ingredients like our imported cheeses, cold cuts and tomatoes. Our pizzas are baked in a traditional oven from Naples to ensure a perfect crust and unmatched flavors.
PASTA
VIVI’s pasta dishes are carefully crafted by chef Lex to please your palate as well as challenge your taste buds. Our fresh pastas are made daily using imported flour from Italy. Must-try house-favorites include Italian regional pasta dishes like Lunette Zucca and Gorgonzola, spinach Fettuccine with truffle and burrata, Puttanesca spaghetti, seafood spaghetti and our famous Lasagna.
