About VIVI
VIVI Tuscan Kitchen is your next gourmet destination for Italian food. Chef/Owner Lex comes with 30 plus years of experience as an executive chef in the state of New York. VIVI’s cuisine emphasizes homemade pasta and a variety of sauces along with a selection of gourmet pizzas. Chef Lex carefully selects dishes he knows will please the palate of his Thai clientele. The imported ingredients from Italy like cold cuts, cheeses, olive oil, tomatoes, and more are carefully selected to bring you the recipes Lex learned from his Italian mother-in-law, Viviana. The restaurant’s name is a nod to her. A few signature dishes are a must try at VIVI Tuscan Kitchen, like our spinach fettuccine with wild mushrooms, truffle, and burrata cheese, or our butternut squash lune in gorgonzola cream sauce. VIVI is open every day for lunch, dinner. Carry-out is available from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm at the Commons Thonglor. Come visit us today.
